Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded insurance agency. This role plays a key part in supporting personal lines operations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, professional development, and delivering exceptional client service. Compensation Package
Competitive hourly rate up to $70,000 per year (37.5-hour workweek), plus annual bonuses.

Responsibilities
Manage an existing book of business, including middle-market and high-net-worth accounts.
Handle quoting for new and renewal business.
Work with carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, Pure, Chubb, and others.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses/Certifications : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Experience : Approximately 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight software.
Soft Skills : Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong client relationships.
