I’m supporting an exciting opportunity for a high impact Paid Media Manager to join a dynamic cross channel marketing team. This role is perfect for a marketer who thrives in fast paced environments, loves strategic media planning, and enjoys building data driven campaigns that drive meaningful brand engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead end to end cross channel media planning & execution for key brand campaigns
Own agency + internal team management to translate business goals into innovative media strategies
Drive real time optimizations using KPIs and multi source data
Partner closely with internal marketing, campaign management, creative, and measurement teams
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership
Contribute to portfolio wide investment strategies and audience focused media approaches
Navigate a highly matrixed environment with independence and confidence
What we’re looking for
6+ years in paid media, audience strategy, marketing, or comms
Experience at a media agency or in house with a large advertiser
Strong understanding of media principles, US planning/buying, and cross channel strategy
Experience running multiple simultaneous campaigns
Familiarity with tools like Nielsen, Comscore, Kantar, etc.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management & relationship building
Strong analytical mindset and ability to use metrics to drive decisions
Self starter who thrives with autonomy
