What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Define and evolve platform standards for governance and policy across communication channels
Drive platform reliability and deliverability health to ensure consistent performance
Conduct market, competitive, and trend analysis to identify product opportunities
Collaborate with Product Managers, engineering, and design teams to enhance platform capabilities
Communicate platform strategy, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with platform or infrastructure products
Proven experience in building or scaling global enterprise platforms
Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
Experience working closely with engineering on technical systems and integrations
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with customer communication platforms or marketing technology
Background in supporting products across multiple regions or regulatory environments
Familiarity with experimentation, analytics, or observability platforms
Passion for creating platforms that enhance team efficiency while maintaining trust and quality
