Define and evolve platform standards for governance and policy across communication channels
Drive platform reliability and deliverability health, ensuring high availability and performance
Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable personalization and multi-channel orchestration
Communicate platform strategy and progress effectively to leadership and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
7+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically with platform or infrastructure products
Proven experience building or scaling global enterprise platforms
Working knowledge of data governance, privacy, compliance, and trust frameworks
Experience collaborating with Engineering on technical systems and integrations
Strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities

Experience with customer communication platforms or marketing technology
Background in experimentation, analytics, or observability platforms
