Your Impact
Strategic Oversight:
Lead the pharmacy's clinical and operational direction across multiple health centers.
Program Mastery:
Ensure 100% compliance and optimization of our 340B drug pricing program.
Integrated Care:
Partner with medical, behavioral health, clinical pharmacy practitioners, and dental providers and leaders to provide "whole-person" care.
Advocacy:
Manage the Patient Pharmacy Benefits (PPB) line to ensure medication access for all, regardless of insurance.
Direct Service:
Provide pharmacy services directly to patients of the health center.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $150,000 to $175,000 (based on 40 hours/week)
QUALIFICATIONS :
PharmD or BS Pharmacy from an ACPE accredited school. Current North Carolina Board of Pharmacy License. License is free of restrictions or exclusions to allow billing to Medicare and Medicaid Bilingual in English and Spanish and/or Russian is a plus
EXPERIENCE:
8 to 10 years’ experience in a pharmacy setting, required 5 years in leadership or management role including experience with the 340b drug pricing program, required Minimum 1 year managing a 340b drug pricing program, required Familiarity with role of FQHCs in the community
