My client is a

rapidly scaling SaaS leader

in the real estate tech space. They already have series C funding and are already at

$80M ARR

(on track to $100M+!). I'm looking for driven, outbound-focused Account Executives (AE1) to help expand their footprint in local real estate. This is a 100% new business, full-cycle outbound sales role where your hustle and results will directly fuel your growth.

As an Account Executive (AE1), you’ll sell to real estate agents and brokerages looking to elevate their online presence and stand out from the competition. You’ll manage a strong pipeline, run a consultative sales process, and hit monthly quotas. The tiered compensation plan rewards high performers who exceed their goals. Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions (TOP $REPS 300K+)

Year 1 OTE: $140K+

Clear promotion path: hit performance metrics and move to AE2 (OTE $200K+)

What They're Lookign For

1–3 years of sales experience

Proven experience in

SaaS, SMB, outbound sales

(cold calling required)

Grit, resilience, and a drive to succeed

Bonus if you have experience in the real estate industry—but it’s not required!
