American Funding Solutions (AFS) is a fast-growing invoice factoring company based in Blue Springs, MO. We provide working capital to staffing companies and small businesses nationwide, helping them meet payroll, grow confidently, and scale sustainably.
We’re hiring an Account Manager with at least 2 years of client-facing or account management experience who thrives in a detail-oriented, relationship-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of active factoring clients
Reviewing invoices and funding documentation
Communicating daily with clients regarding submissions and account activity
Ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely funding processes
Monitoring account performance and identifying potential risk or growth opportunities
Maintaining accurate documentation and internal records
Serving as a trusted point of contact for your clients
This role requires confidence, organization, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of account management or client-facing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail
Comfortable reviewing financial documents and working with numbers
Self-motivated and proactive
Professional, warm, and relationship-oriented
Preferred (but not required)
Experience in factoring, banking, lending, or financial services
