High-volume outbound calling
Follow proven scripts and systems
Pay (Hourly + Performance Bonuses)
Base:
$6.00/hr
(19 appointments per cycle)
Tier 2:
$9.00/hr
(25 roofing appointments per cycle)
Tier 3:
$10.50/hr
(30 roofing appointments per cycle)
Applicants without roofing experience will not be considered for interviews
2+ years outbound sales/appointment setting
