Successful candidates will help CLEAResult expand outreach to the local community to raise awareness among students and interested job seekers to participate in utility sponsored Energy Efficiency Careers training. **For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…** * Identify and cultivate relationships with career centers, community organizations, vocational/technical schools, high schools and colleges to create a steady pipeline of eligible participants.* Prepare and present career day events, participate in job fairs, expos and community events to bring awareness and recruit participants.* Build and maintain a database of leads and prospective participants, ensuring ongoing follow-up and engagement.* Promote our development programs, training paths and opportunities for employment.* Support all social media and digital campaigns to bring awareness.
