Prepare visually appealing produce platters/trays for special events.
Inform customers about ongoing produce specials to enrich their shopping experience.
Ensure product quality by inspecting inventory and maintaining freshness.
Accurately package, label, and manage merchandise in alignment with operational standards.
Support safety initiatives by following protocols and reporting any concerns.
Exhibit a positive attitude and be ready to assist customers in achieving their shopping goals.
Contribute to a stimulating shopping environment by staying updated on product knowledge and promotions.
Effectively navigate a fast-paced environment while addressing conflicts calmly and collaboratively.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, reporting any hazards or irregularities.
Assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults with utmost care and respect.
Qualifications:
Ability to thrive in challenging situations.
Strong communication skills.
Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction.
Must obtain a food handlers permit once hired.
