Assess financial, contractual, and programmatic implications of terminations and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure post-termination actions, including audits, final payments, and closeouts, are completed in compliance with federal government policy.

Develop guidance, templates, and training materials to strengthen customer's institutional approach to award terminations.
