Overview

Bespoke Careers is a global specialist recruitment agency dedicated to connecting job seekers with employers in architecture, interior design and AIPD. We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our growing New York team. You will be motivated, personable and passionate about working with people and have a strong interest in the architecture and design industry. This role works on a diverse range of positions for leading architecture and interior design firms while helping candidates navigate their next career step.

Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Present Bespoke's services to clients, selling the benefits of working with a recruiter
• Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer conversations
• Manage and grow a talent pool of candidates, identifying top talent seeking a career move
• Provide excellent customer service to both jobseekers and hiring firms

Skills and Experience

• Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to in-house training
• Experience within the A&D industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills; able to present to groups
• Confident, influential with strong networking skills
• Target-driven and goal-oriented
• Team-focused with a drive to succeed
