
Insight Global is looking for a Digital Production Designer (Mid-Senior Level) to join the Creative team supporting one of our major retail clients. This role focuses on executing highquality visual designs for directtoconsumer product launches, including netnew pages, product stories, and ongoing digital updates.
The Digital Production Designer will translate creative briefs and strategic inputs into polished, onbrand digital assets while owning workstreams autonomously from concept through delivery. This individual is expected to be deeply ingrained in the business-understanding launch cadences, priorities, and where updates are needed across the digital ecosystem.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced environment, maintains a high bar for detail and accuracy, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal oversight. Experience leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and production workflows is strongly preferred.

6+ years of digital production or digital design experience Advanced proficiency in Figma Strong working experience with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Demonstrated competence using AI tools to support design or production workflows Experience supporting ecommerce or directtoconsumer (DTC) initiatives Self-starter able to see beyond the brief and provide extraordinary solutions bringing product stories to life on site Ability to work independently in a fastpaced, highvolume environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to cut video content and remove audio

Experience working with major retail or consumer brands Familiarity with CMSdriven or ecommerce production workflows Familiarity with Weavy
