You will focus on nurturing, showing, and closing leads provided to you, working from anywhere in the Destin, FL area. Compensation: $75,000 Responsibilities:
* Immediate Speed to Lead: Promptly contact and nurture leads generated by Zillow. * Virtual Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations and show homes to motivated buyers/sellers. * CRM Management: Update all lead interactions in [Insert CRM, e.g., Follow Up Boss] immediately. * Nurture & Close: Guide clients through the transaction process to closing. * Metric Tracking: Meet or exceed team and Zillow performance standards (KPIs).
Qualifications:
* Active Real Estate License in Florida. * Exceptional phone communication and follow-up skills. * Tech-savvy: Comfortable with CRM software, Zoom, and virtual tours. * Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by leads.
