Guest Relations Coordinator
The Guest Relations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in creating a welcoming environment for guests, managing phone communications, and providing essential administrative support for various departments on campus. Hours of operations Monday
Friday (when the Seminary is open) 9:00 a.m.
5:00 p.m. Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to various departments on campus. Provide welcoming hospitality & coverage for the welcome desk in the welcome center. Answer the VTS switchboard phone and route calls to the correct person or department. Provide campus information to guests. Manage inventory and square payments for VTS shop items. Manage inventory for coffee supplies. Provide information to guests on the lower-level exhibits
St. Nicholas & creches. Skills: Good grasp of the English language. Good grasp of working with the Office 365 suite. 2+ years working in an administrative environment. Welcoming presence. Punctual & responsible. Qualifications
High School diploma and/or Associate degree
