Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representatives

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, Full-Time (No Weekends!)

Pay:

$16-$17/hr to start

+

biweekly bonuses

(earn up to

$22-$27/hr after bonus

This is a

temp-to-hire

What You'll Do

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism

Assist customers with questions, account updates, and payment arrangements

Document call details with accuracy

Provide friendly, solutions-focused service

Work closely with your team to meet goals

What We're Looking For

Fluent in Spanish & English

Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required

Strong communication skills

Comfortable using a computer and typing

Ability to work a steady Monday-Friday schedule

Background check required

What You'll Get
