$16-$17/hr to start

biweekly bonuses

What You'll Do
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism Assist customers with questions, account updates, and payment arrangements Document call details with accuracy Provide friendly, solutions-focused service Work closely with your team to meet goals What We're Looking For Fluent in Spanish & English Prior customer service experience is helpful but not required Strong communication skills Comfortable using a computer and typing Ability to work a steady Monday-Friday schedule Background check required What You'll Get $16-$17/hr starting pay Biweekly bonuses averaging $400-$600
