PrideStaff Financial on behalf of a client in Broward County is seeking a proactive and solutions oriented Customer Relationship Specialist who is customer focused and has great relationship building skills! This position requires you to be a liaison between global customers and internal team. If this sounds like you, apply today! Responsibilities: Manage the full customer lifecyclefrom quoting to final deliveryensuring a seamless experience in a fast-paced environment. Process RFQs, review purchase orders, and manage order entry with high accuracy. Monitor open order reports, resolve holds proactively, and manage post-order activities like expedites and date changes Partner with Sales and Materials Management to resolve inquiries regarding pricing, delivery, and disputes. Build "trusted advisor" status with key stakeholders; listen to customer challenges to drive loyalty and exceptional service. Requirements: Proactive approach to resolving customer concerns and internal bottlenecks. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, global work environment Previous experience dealing with order entry, post order support and delivery resolution Proficient with ERP software like Salesforce or similar.
