As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our nonprofit campaigns, engaging with community members at live events and outreach initiatives. You'll promote meaningful causes, support fundraising goals, and help create an exceptional experience for donors and event attendees. This role offers valuable experience in customer engagement, event coordination, and nonprofit fundraising, while building the foundation for future leadership opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Interact with the public at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach programs Provide friendly, professional customer service to donors and event attendees Communicate nonprofit missions, campaign goals, and fundraising initiatives clearly and confidently Answer questions and provide accurate campaign information Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics Build positive relationships with supporters, volunteers, and partner organizations Maintain a welcoming, energetic, and professional presence at all times Qualifications
We're seeking motivated individuals who are: Outgoing, approachable, and confident speaking with new people Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills Positive, coachable, and eager to learn and grow professionally Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Reliable and available for immediate full-time employment Preferred but not required experience: customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, promotions, or event support.
