Entry-Level Event Assistants support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of live events and outreach campaigns. The role involves interacting with the public, assisting event staff, and ensuring a positive experience for attendees and community members. Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics Support live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives Greet and engage with event attendees, donors, and community members Provide accurate information about nonprofit missions and campaign goals Deliver professional and courteous customer service throughout events Assist event coordinators and team members as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event environment Qualifications Comfortable interacting with the public in a face-to-face setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively Available for a full-time schedule Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, promotions, or community outreach.
