Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives
to support nonprofit fundraising and community engagement initiatives through
live events, public campaigns, and community programs . This is a
full-time, entry-level role

paid training provided
and
no prior experience required , with opportunities for immediate start.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, are passionate about helping their community, and want to gain hands-on experience in
customer service, outreach, and nonprofit fundraising . Position Overview
Community Outreach Representatives engage with community members at events and public programs to promote nonprofit initiatives, educate the public, and encourage participation in fundraising efforts. The role emphasizes
professionalism, clear communication, and relationship-building , while providing meaningful support to nonprofit organizations. Key Responsibilities
Engage with community members at live events, public campaigns, and nonprofit programs Provide professional, courteous customer service to attendees, donors, and the public Share information about nonprofit missions, programs, and fundraising initiatives Encourage participation through one-time or recurring contributions Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics Collect community feedback to help improve outreach efforts Represent nonprofit partners with a positive and professional attitude Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable interacting with the public Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Willing to learn through training and hands-on mentorship Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, marketing, or community outreach.
