Customer Service Representatives interact directly with the public at events and outreach campaigns, providing information about nonprofit initiatives and delivering a positive customer experience. The role focuses on clear communication, professionalism, and ethical engagement. Key Responsibilities

Engage with the public at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives Provide friendly, professional customer service to attendees, donors, and community members Communicate nonprofit missions, campaign messaging, and fundraising goals clearly and accurately Answer questions and address concerns in a respectful and professional manner Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination as needed Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and partner organizations Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence during all events Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with the public in a face-to-face environment Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude Willingness to learn through training and coaching Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Available for a full-time schedule Preferred but not required: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, events, promotions, or community outreach.
