Position Summary We are on the lookout for a seasoned Salesforce Solution Architect to spearhead the design and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, you will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and shape customized solutions. As an integral part of our Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will influence enterprise architecture and engage with the latest Salesforce technologies across various industries. The ideal candidate brings extensive Salesforce architecture and development experience, demonstrated leadership skills, and the capability to convey complex concepts effectively to diverse audiences. Key Responsibilities Support architectural governance and compliance, contributing to the definition of principles, guidelines, and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements. Transform business and technical requirements into effective solution designs. Develop architectural blueprints in partnership with product owners and managers. Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase. Oversee the architecture of projects and create strategic roadmaps for portfolio evolution. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance to clients and internal teams. Conduct assessments of current Salesforce usage and develop actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and elicit business and functional requirements. Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate solutions. Design and document secure, scalable data models across various Salesforce Clouds. Manage configuration, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and release activities. Support user story development with well-defined success criteria. Engage in solution reviews, recommending improvements for architecture and performance. Act as a release manager for Salesforce environments, managing deployments efficiently. Lead project planning and scoping efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience required. At least five (5) years of relevant IT experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in architecture. Salesforce Solution Architecture Track certifications preferred. Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC) required. Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud preferred. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes preferred. Experience leading large-scale CRM implementations and data integration activities preferred. Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus. Skills Agile Methodology
