Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Oracle HCM Functional Support Lead to join our team! In this position, you will be a client-focused professional, leading, selling, and implementing expert services powered by IBM's extensive offerings and technologies. As a successful consultant, you will be recognized as a trusted business advisor, collaborating to deliver innovative solutions to the most complex challenges.
Your key responsibilities include:
Diagnosing and resolving functional and technical issues pertaining to HR, ORC, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll, Talent Management, and related modules.
Providing deep subject matter expertise on Oracle EBS and Cloud HCM modules.
Understanding integrations among Oracle HCM modules and other related systems.
Supporting various clients across HR, ORC, Payroll, OTL, and related modules in both EBS and Cloud environments.
Exhibiting strong multitasking abilities and exceptional client engagement skills.
This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work within the United States, with travel as required when safe.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR, Performance Management, Compensation, OTL, and Redwood.
5-10 years of experience in 1-3 complete life cycle implementations or support projects.
Experience managing defects, enhancement requests, and system upgrades.
Familiarity with the Hire to Retire process.
Understanding of the integration between HR and Finance modules.
Willingness to collaborate effectively with both offshore and onshore team members.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with AST and client teams.
Possessing business acumen with a robust understanding of HCM operational workflows.
Ability to present industry-specific solutions instead of strictly standard offerings.
Proficiency in Fast Formulas and their interaction with HCM modules is highly desirable.
Capability to troubleshoot and deliver effective problem resolution.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Ability to write basic queries for issue resolution is an advantage.
Adept at functioning in a fast-paced environment with a diverse team.
