Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR/Benefits/Comp) to enhance our consulting team. This is a full-time position that may require travel to customer sites as needed.
What You'll Do:
Advise on functional best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM policies.
Expertly configure and manage Oracle Cloud HCM applications, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, OTL, and Payroll.
Provide guidance on efficient business processes and implementation strategies.
Prepare and submit weekly status reports to the project management team.
Collaborate with other module resources to deliver optimal solutions for clients.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud HCM, converting business requirements into effective system configurations.
Maintain thorough documentation for system-related processes and advise on procedural enhancements.
Support initiatives for continuous process improvement and share insights on best practices.
Assist with key system processes as needed.
Work closely with technical teams to provide insights on integrations, conversions, and reporting.
This role allows for remote work within the U.S.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead, including 5-7+ years implementing Oracle Cloud solutions.
Expertise in Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation, with additional knowledge in Absence, OTL, and Payroll considered advantageous.
Experience working with public sector clients such as state and local governments preferred.
Proficient in monthly and quarterly patch testing and issue resolution, including impact analysis and testing.
Demonstrated ability to lead the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing analysis, design, configuration, programming, and unit testing.
Capacity to assist clients in defining business requirements and recommending process improvements.
Willingness to travel as project and organizational needs dictate.
