RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a skilled nurse with leadership experience to play an integral role in the creation and management of crisis residence in Saratoga Spings, NY. A successful candidate will enjoy supporting 8-12 residents during their up to 28 day stay with us, as they work toward recovery from a mental health crisis. This position will have the unique opportunity to lead an innovative program that meets an important community need, while inspiring and supporting a team of dedicated professionals. RISE offers a RN Program Director:

Overseeing and supporting the delivery of services to our program participants Developing and managing program budgets Creating and implementing new procedures and managing policy adherence Engaging with community providers to maintain positive communication and referrals Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors and supporting professional development for staff Graduate from an accredited school of nursing Active Registered Nursing license from NYS with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience An ability to inspire a team of people in a fast-paced dynamic environment Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Our shared belief system in areas such as compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy.
