
RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for a skilled nurse with leadership experience to play an integral role in the creation and management of crisis residence in Saratoga Spings, NY. A successful candidate will enjoy supporting 8-12 residents during their up to 28 day stay with us, as they work toward recovery from a mental health crisis. This position will have the unique opportunity to lead an innovative program that meets an important community need, while inspiring and supporting a team of dedicated professionals.
RISE offers a RN Program Director:
- A starting base salary of $85,000 – $90,000 per year
- A $3000 bonus after 6 months of employment

Overview of Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and supporting the delivery of services to our program participants
- Developing and managing program budgets
- Creating and implementing new procedures and managing policy adherence
- Engaging with community providers to maintain positive communication and referrals
- Complying with all relevant regulations governing the program
- Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors and supporting professional development for staff
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Active Registered Nursing license from NYS with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- An ability to inspire a team of people in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

- Successful completion of RISE background checks, a valid driver’s license and a driving history acceptable to the RISE automobile policy.
