The Entry Level Salesforce Business Metrics Analyst will support the Commercial Insights & Analytics team within the Specimen Management business unit for a top-performing medical device company in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This role focuses on Salesforce reporting, basic administration, and analytics to support sales, marketing, and operations teams. The analyst will develop and maintain Salesforce and Power BI reports, troubleshoot user issues, and assist with Salesforce training. This is an ideal opportunity for an early career candidate who is detail oriented, highly collaborative, and eager to build hands on experience with Salesforce and data analytics in a cross functional, remote environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Build and deliver ad hoc Salesforce reports to support sales activity and opportunity analysis
• Maintain and update existing Salesforce reports and dashboards to ensure accuracy and usability
• Respond to Salesforce user questions related to data entry, reporting, and system functionality
• Troubleshoot basic Salesforce issues and escalate when needed
• Assist with Salesforce user administration, including adding u and managing profiles
• Develop reports using Salesforce data in Power BI to support digitalization initiatives
