Gtc Business Analyst

Responsible for the evaluation of business processes, recommendation for improvements, and effective implementation of solutions. Additional tasks include project management, creation and management of business requirements, reporting and data analysis initiatives, and support for integration and automation efforts. Essential duties and responsibilities include: Elicit stakeholder requirements. Maintains and ensures proper testing of system changes. Communicates detailed specifications for implementation. Researches and provides insight into system issues and provide detailed recommendations to management. Provides recommendations to staff concerning proper use of existing technology. Maintains understanding of industry technology standards and trends. Works with internal and external stakeholders to support integration and automation initiatives. Leads project planning sessions. Coordinates and manages project resources. Manages project progress and adapt work and budget as necessary. Leads stakeholder sessions and ensure project output aligns with requirements. Provides project reports to management on a timely basis. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation. Works with cross-functional teams to define data sources and measurement methods. Develops governance and processes for establishing business data needs and definitions. Ensures the accuracy of data to be measured. Creates and manage KPI-driven reports and dashboards. Establishes and maintains data dictionaries. Provides Business Development and Operations with actionable insights into data. Completes required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and experience: Knowledge of a specialized field, equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations. Mathematical skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Critical thinking skills: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables. Required certificates, licenses, registrations: Not indicated. Preferred certificates, licenses, registrations: Not indicated. Software skills required: Intermediate: Accounting, Alphanumeric Data Entry, Spreadsheet. Basic: 10-Key, Database, Presentation/PowerPoint. Working conditions: Periodically exposed to noise, intermittent standing, walking, pushing, carrying, or lifting. Environmental conditions: The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. Physical activities: Continuously required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; regularly required to sit, talk or hear; occasionally required to stand, walk. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Additional information: Must have the ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions, lead, facilitate, and motivate, learn quickly and solve problems, negotiate and resolve issues with stakeholders, be highly organized and have great attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, accounting software, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, internet, and e-mail, lead by example while following the company's culture and core values.
