We are seeking a techno-functional Business Systems Analyst who has experience in RMS, ReSA and RPM, and experience performing as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst in projects revolving around Oracle Retail. Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery methodology & Scrum framework is also a must. A day in the life: Works closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Owners, Architects and Developers to ensure requirements are in place and understood. Carry out typical SBA tasks, including: Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with product manager Facilitates requirement conversations with Technology Teams. Gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements Working closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood. Capturing architectural decisions in requirements and ensuring acceptance criteria are aligned. Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements. Participating in user story creation and backlog grooming in an agile delivery methodology. Utilizing artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence to facilitate requirement alignment sessions Qualifications:
10+ years of overall work experience in technology field, with a minimum of 5+ of those years working as a Business System Analyst and/or as a Business Analyst. (most recent 2-3 years should be working in pure Business Systems Analyst role) Good understanding of RMS, ReSA and RPM. Experience working as SBA on projects revolving around RMS. Basic understanding of Kafka integration patterns and cloud technologies. Experience providing functional and non-functional requirements for medium to large initiatives Experience working with both Agile and Scrum Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps Demonstrated experience with Jira and Confluence Good to have experience with v23 SAAS, potentially with upgrade experience. Proven experience interacting with and collaborating with Offshore teams Excellent communication skills Must haves:
