Position Overview As a strategic Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. As part of our Salesforce Center of Excellence, you will collaborate with internal teams and clients, bringing your insights to the forefront of our projects. Key Responsibilities Support architectural governance and compliance, contributing to the development of guiding principles, standards, and solution architecture reviews. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks, and assess vendor capabilities. Lead the design and development of comprehensive end-to-end solutions that meet business needs. Translate complex business and technical requirements into innovative solution designs. Collaborate with product owners and managers to develop architectural blueprints and define system integration approaches. Guide development teams through implementation phases, managing architecture across broader projects. Serve as a trusted advisor for both clients and internal teams, mentoring Salesforce professionals. Conduct discovery sessions, assess current Salesforce utilization, and create actionable solution roadmaps. Engage stakeholders to define and prioritize functional requirements while creating prototypes to validate designs. Document robust data models and create secure, scalable solutions across various Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, and Manufacturing Cloud. Oversee all aspects of configuration, testing, and quality assurance, ensuring smooth deployment and release management processes. Act as a release manager, managing Salesforce deployments while adhering to DevOps best practices. Contribute to project planning and estimating efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. Five or more years in relevant IT, with at least two years in architecture. Salesforce Solution Architecture certifications are preferred. Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Visualforce and Lightning Components (LWC). Experience with Salesforce Experience and Manufacturing Clouds is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes is preferred. Experience in leading large-scale CRM implementations and data migration/integration activities. Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is advantageous. Skills Required Agile Methodology:
