Commercial Middle Market Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Commercial Middle Market Account Manager
to join a dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive A–Z servicing for middle‑market accounts, including managing complex accounts and handling both renewals and new business. This position offers a hybrid work environment after an initial on‑site training period.
Compensation Package
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually
Bonus Opportunities: Potential annual bonus and cross‑selling incentives

Responsibilities
Provide full‑service account management for middle‑market accounts ranging from $100,000 to $500,000 in size.
Handle a 50/50 split of renewals and new business, with a focus on renewals.
Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
Partner with team members to address complex account needs and deliver exceptional service.
Support the team lead and contribute to the overall success of the department.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Certifications: Active 2‑20 license is required.
Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in commercial account management, preferably in a middle‑market setting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is preferred.
Education: Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
