In this pivotal role, you will lead a high-performing Digital Inside Sales organization focused on creating pipelines, driving revenue growth, and executing precise forecasting. As a 'manager-of-managers', you will coach and empower junior Sales Managers to excel as leaders, enhance their operational skills, and build effective strategies. We're looking for a candidate who excels in inside-sales execution and possesses advanced leadership skills while being data-driven and process-oriented. Key Responsibilities Oversee the performance of the Digital Inside Sales business, ensuring success in pipeline creation, conversion, and revenue achievement. Lead, coach, and evaluate a team of senior sellers through structured operating rhythms such as 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections. Serve as the main coach for Sales Managers, enhancing their leadership, coaching abilities, and operational performance. Establish and implement effective coaching frameworks for managers, including call coaching and opportunity management. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with digital offerings and priority segments, translating corporate goals into actionable plans. Maintain pipeline health by ensuring coverage, velocity, and quality standards are met. Own forecasting accuracy through established methodologies, managing risks, and developing actionable plans for key deals. Utilize sales data and CRM insights to assess performance, prioritize actions, and improve conversion rates and sales cycles. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Enablement, and solution leaders to enhance pipeline quality and execution. Communicate business performance and forecasts to senior leadership, clearly highlighting trends and strategies for risk mitigation. Basic Qualifications: At least 5 years of sales management or operations experience. A minimum of 3 years in full-cycle technology sales. Preferred Qualifications: Proven success in developing senior sales personnel and managers through structured coaching and performance routines. Strong history of managing pipeline creation, revenue attainment, and forecast accuracy in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Exceptional consultative selling, executive communication, and presentation skills, with a talent for influencing senior stakeholders. Data-driven mindset, with an ability to translate insights into actions and sales strategies. In-depth knowledge of SaaS solutions, cloud platforms, and AI capabilities, along with a knack for positioning value and ROI. Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDICC/MEDDIC or BANT, and the ability to implement these through management practices. Expertise in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms, emphasizing robust CRM practices. Fluency in analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with experience in creating decision-driving dashboards. Proven capability in utilizing AI and CRM tools to enhance productivity and conversion at scale. Curiosity for emerging AI tools, with a successful track record of applying new capabilities to improve sales execution. This role is full-time in office in Atlanta, GA. Compensation varies based on multiple factors including location, role, and experience level. This position will be posted for a period of at least 14 days.
