Our training department works closely with every part of the facility, giving our trainers hands-on experience with a wide variety of dogs, temperaments, and learning styles. We follow a balanced training approach , combining clear communication, structure, and positive reinforcement to help dogs and owners succeed. Our goal is practical, real-world results while maintaining respect for the dog and strengthening the human–dog relationship. What You’ll Do
As a Dog Trainer, you’ll work with dogs in a variety of training formats, including: Private lessons
with clients and their dogs Board & Train programs , working with dogs staying at our facility Day Training
sessions with daycare dogs Group classes , from foundations to more advanced skills You’ll collaborate with fellow trainers and facility staff, track training progress, and help educate clients on handling, management, and follow-through. Who We’re Looking For
Passion for dogs and a strong desire to work with them professionally Comfortable handling dogs of different sizes, breeds, and temperaments Strong communication skills with both dogs and people Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Dog training experience is not required , but it is a plus. We are happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic, and love for dogs. What We Offer
