Location: Orlando, Florida

Schedule: Full-Time

Salary: $140,000-$160,000 per year (based on experience)

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight of daily operations to ensure efficient and effective facility management

Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and licensing requirements

Develop, implement, and monitor policies and procedures that uphold the highest standards of resident care

Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff development, and performance‑management initiatives

Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture

Partner with clinical and medical teams to optimize care outcomes and resident satisfaction

Drive quality improvement programs using data‑driven decision‑making

Address and resolve resident and family concerns with professionalism and empathy

Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational reporting

Maintain accurate documentation related to resident care, staffing, compliance, and fiscal management

Qualifications

Active Florida Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (required)

Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a long‑term care or skilled nursing facility

Comprehensive knowledge of state and federal regulations, including resident rights and compliance standards

Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

Experience with interdisciplinary care planning and regulatory survey processes

Understanding of social services and resident advocacy within a healthcare setting

Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
