Your Role We seek a skilled Oracle Fusion EPM Solutions Architect, with strong expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems, specifically focusing on Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS). Familiarity with Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) is highly beneficial. Key Responsibilities Solution Design:

Design and implement Oracle Fusion EPM solutions, particularly for EPBCS and EDMCS. Implementation:

Lead the integration of new features within Oracle EPM, applying best practices and optimizing performance. Data Integration:

Ensure smooth data transfer between Oracle EPM and other enterprise systems. Develop integration strategies using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or APIs, with Groovy scripting experience as an advantage. Compliance:

Implement role-based access control and security measures and assist in audits to verify financial data integrity. Collaboration:

Work alongside finance, IT, and business teams to understand needs and deliver effective technical solutions. Mentor development teams, provide user training, and support change management initiatives. Collaboration Teams Join our IT department and engage in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem, influencing architectural decisions and application roadmaps. Collaborate with various teams to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals, reporting to the Senior Director of Technology. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field. Over 7 years of experience in Oracle EPM architecture and implementation. Proven hands-on experience in designing and deploying Oracle Fusion EPM solutions, specifically EPBCS and EDMCS. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Experience with Groovy scripting to enhance application features. Effective use of EPM Automate for managing EPM Cloud applications. Expertise in integrating EPM solutions with broader enterprise systems. Proficiency in monthly metadata maintenance and ensuring consistency with other systems. Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Planning systems, including reconciliation processes. Experience interfacing data from Oracle Cloud ERP and FCC. Understanding Oracle EPB security and application maintenance. Familiarity with Management Reports (MR) and SmartView. Knowledge of Agentic AI is a plus. Capability to conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Stay updated on EPM product enhancements for best practices. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a team-oriented context. A passion for continuous learning in both technical and functional aspects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of ARCS and FCCS is advantageous. Experience with ERP and SFDC integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Groovy. Pay Rate: $156,400 - $234,700 Annually Your starting salary will be influenced by location, internal equity, and your unique skills and experience. All positions not involving sales are eligible for annual bonuses based on company performance and individual contributions.
