Oracle EPM
Strong experience in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)
Strong experience in FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service)
Experience with ARCS preferred
Ability to engage with CXO-level executives and lead discussions
Proficiency in ITIL processes
Experience managing teams across multiple geographies
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Oracle EPM (EPBCS) 12+ years overall experience in Oracle EPM Suite Hands-on expertise in PBCS / EPBCS (Enterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service)
Responsibilities: Work on enhancements and new development while managing support activities. Handle and resolve P1/P2/P3 incidents within defined SLAs. Ensure timely execution and troubleshooting of Month-end Forecast jobs. Provide incident response/restoration support during CST business hours. Offer extended support for critical incidents (P1/P2, escalated P3) when required. Collaborate with FP&A teams and stakeholders to address incidents, problems, and enhancements
