Responsibilities The Busiest Window Tint/Paint Protection Company in Utah, BLUE ZERO MOTORING, is searching for a great person to add to our growing team. We are looking for the best Service Writer/Customer Relations Specialist. The applicant will be able to answer calls, schedule jobs, prioritize workflow, manage deadlines, manage runners and company fleet, handle dealership relationships and ensure the high volume of beautiful vehicles move smoothly through the process while maintaining our high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Computer system knowledge including previous CRM experience.
Attention to the smallest detail
Great phone presence and time management
Understanding of the Automotive Industry and importance of CSI
Interpersonal skills to keep workflow moving by managing installer time and customer expectations.
Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure vehicles hit deadlines
