Location Austin, TX (Hybrid – Onsite Required)
Duration 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Education Requirement B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E in
ECE / EE (Mandatory)
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Analog/Mixed-Signal/RF Layout Engineer
with strong hands‑on expertise in
advanced technology nodes (5nm and below) . The ideal candidate will have extensive RF layout experience, including high‑frequency signal integrity, shielding techniques, and EM considerations.
Must‑Have (Non‑Negotiable) Skills
8+ years
of experience in
Analog/Mixed‑Signal/RF layout design
Strong expertise in
RF layout techniques
Hands‑on experience with:
Cadence Virtuoso (XL/GXL)
for layout design
Calibre
for verification
PDKs with
multi‑patterning rules
Experience in
lower technology nodes (preferably 5nm and below)
Strong RF layout experience including:
High‑frequency signal path handling
Guard rings & shielding implementation
EM coupling considerations
Layout of RF blocks such as
Mixers, LNAs, VCOs, Power Amplifiers
Mandatory educational qualification:
B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E in ECE/EE
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed
Analog/RF layout design
in advanced nodes
Implement RF layout best practices for high‑frequency performance
Ensure DRC/LVS compliance using Calibre
Work closely with design and verification teams for optimal layout quality
Maintain signal integrity and minimize parasitic effects in RF paths
