Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Order Processing Specialist! In this vital role, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction by ensuring precise and efficient order processing within our bustling Market Hub Fulfillment Center. Your responsibilities will include selecting items from shelves, preparing shipments, and managing inventory to keep our operations running smoothly. Your keen attention to detail will uphold our commitment to excellence in fulfilling every order. Key Responsibilities Identify and mark pallets with the correct store information for seamless delivery. Operate lift equipment after completing the required training and certification to enhance workflow. Select and stage inventory items to ensure prompt deliveries to stores. Replenish inventory on shelves to maintain product availability and optimize stock levels. Demonstrate reliable and consistent attendance to meet operational needs. Perform additional related duties as assigned to support team objectives. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. A High School diploma or GED is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to adapt to flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Basic reading skills to interpret various documents such as safety rules and instructions. Proficient in fundamental math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Preferred Skills Previous warehouse experience or training is an advantage but not essential. Physical Requirements This position involves physically demanding tasks, which include: Regularly standing, walking, using hands and fingers, and reaching throughout shifts. Frequent stopping, kneeling, and crouching to fulfill tasks effectively. Occasional sitting, climbing, or balancing as needed. Ability to regularly lift and move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift/move up to 100 pounds. Vision capabilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Compensation The hourly wage for this position is estimated to range from $16.45 to $18.10, based on various factors such as location, relevant experience, and skills.
