
Job Description
As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your main responsibilities will include filling store to customer orders based on a pick list and preparing orders for shipment in a Market Hub Fulfillment Center. You will obtain merchandise from bins or shelves while ensuring that all orders filled are complete and correct. In addition to these tasks, you will handle shipping and receiving inventory and maintain back stock efficiently.
Responsibilities
Label pallets with identifying store information
Operate lift equipment as required, following successful training and certification
Pick and stage parts for store deliveries
Replenish inventory on shelves
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance
Complete other related duties as assigned
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School diploma or equivalent (GED/Home School)
Eligibility to work in the United States
Availability to work on various shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as necessary
Able to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
Competency in basic math: add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Preferred Skills
Prior warehouse training or experience is advantageous but not required

This role entails physical demands that must be met by a team member to successfully perform essential functions. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Duties include:
Regularly standing, walking, using hands and fingers, reaching with arms, talking, and hearing
Frequently stopping, kneeling, and crouching
Occasionally sitting, climbing, or balancing
Regularly lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, frequently lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lifting/moving up to 100 pounds
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is between $14.95 and $16.45 per hour for new team members. The offered rate depends on factors such as geographic location, retail experience, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other relevant skill sets, including shift differentials when applicable.
