Responsibilities
Carefully select grocery orders to maintain accuracy.
Interpret orders to ascertain item numbers and quantities.
Effectively build and organize pallets.
Sort merchandise to optimize distribution.
Source products from a variety of bins, shelves, and pick slots.
Submit completed orders to the shipping department.
Perform tasks in compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Meet the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Able to read and understand simple instructions and correspondence.
Proficient in basic arithmetic: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Effective problem-solving skills for common situations.
Strong sense of urgency and dedication to your work.
Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Able to meet production standards in a distribution center environment.
Preferred:
High school diploma or GED with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
