Job Description
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Mid-Level Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our professional and family-oriented team. The ideal candidate has 3–7 years of experience, enjoys a mix of hands-on accounting and client interaction, and thrives in a small-business environment where every contribution matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns (Forms 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065)
Manage bookkeeping and general ledger oversight for assigned clients
Conduct financial analysis, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in reporting
Provide tax planning, compliance, and small-business advisory support
Review and mentor junior staff or interns as needed
Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical accounting standards
Qualifications:
Active CPA license (required)
3–7 years of professional accounting/tax experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks, CrossLink, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS compliance
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
