What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Sell complex managed services, IT outsourcing solutions, and application services to healthcare payer clients

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales quotas, targeting C-level executives

Assess potential sales opportunities and create compelling value propositions

Drive sales growth by creatively engaging large national health plan accounts

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape in IT services

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT services sales and/or professional services sales

At least 5 years of experience selling to enterprise healthcare payer clients

Proven track record of success in a sales hunter role with the ability to acquire new clients

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Deep understanding of IT managed and professional services

Experience in selling regulatory compliance solutions and digital workplace services

Ability to travel up to 40% of the time

Demonstrated success at meeting or exceeding annual quotas of $12+ million in revenue

Recognized expertise in healthcare payer service solutions
