We specialize in everything from home remodels to full-scale custom builds, guiding projects from architectural design to the completion of the residential building. Primary Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate 10-15 active residential remodeling projects, including creating and maintaining construction schedules, sequencing trades, and resolving conflicts to keep projects on track. Serve as the primary client-facing representative, handling on-site meetings, client concerns, change requests, and progress updates while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and tradesmen to ensure design intent, scope, and specifications are executed accurately from proposal through project completion. Oversee job site operations including daily supervision, quality control inspections, punch list management, permitting, inspections, and compliance with safety and building codes. Manage materials, vendors, and procurement by monitoring inventory, reviewing quotations, coordinating deliveries, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting cost control. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and substantial hands-on construction experience will be considered. Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, or renovation, with proven experience in superintendent and/or project management roles managing multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated ability to read, review, and interpret architectural and construction plans, specifications, and design documents, and coordinate effectively with architects, designers, engineers, and field trades from design through completion. Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) and familiarity with construction/project management software; strong organizational, documentation, and scheduling skills. Solid understanding of residential construction methods, materials, sequencing, local building codes, permitting and inspection processes, safety standards, and leadership of subcontractors; OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Fluency in English required to communicate with clients, inspectors, and office staff Polish language skills preferred to effectively coordinate with field crews Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: Residential Remodeling: 3 years (Required)
