Role Description Juliana Velez - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long‑lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Responsibilities
Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
Provide information on insurance products and services.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Qualifications
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
Self‑motivated
Proactive in problem solving
Ability to make presentations to potential customers
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Compensation All positions within the agency offer a competitive base salary.
Customer Service positions: Up to $60,000 (base + commissions).
Sales positions: Up to $100,000+ (base + commissions).
