Our agency has been proudly serving the community since 2011 and has grown into a strong, nine-person team built on collaboration, trust, and positivity. Before opening my own agency, I began my career with State Farm in Claims and later transitioned into Marketing, where I developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.
Outside of work, Im a proud mom of two and love spending time outdoors camping, hiking, and staying active. Mindset and personal growth are huge parts of both my life and our office culture. I also serve as a Girl Scout troop leader, which allows me to stay connected and give back to the community in a meaningful way.

Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in customer service preferred.
Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
