Job Summary
Service Line Sales role responsible for driving revenue growth for NA ISG BFS for Banking Capital Markets Asset and WM domain. Drive our new platform strategy and become the BCM leader.
Responsibilities
Execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our platform strategy in US
Expand our strategic relationship and partnership with Banking and Capital Markets ISVs like Murex Simcorp CRD Alfa Temenos FIS Fiserv
Build our capital markets and asset wealth management practice
Target at least 1 new win in 2025 and robust pipeline
Collaborate with commercial delivery and service line leadership and platform partners to identify and craft tailored solutions proposals that address client needs.
Engage and foster relationships with key client stakeholders position Cognizant through value-based domain-aligned selling.
Lead business and techno functional discussions client value discovery workshops and ensure revenue success with clients and partners.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
Manage partnerships with established partners through joint GTM and offerings
Establish FinTech ecosystem to Identify emerging platforms and forge meaningful partnerships
Engage Analysts to establish market credentials
Capabilities
Deep domain knowledge in the banking and capital markets industry and techno-functional understanding of technology platforms in the domain area.
Experience in managing and running large scale consulting or product business
Consulting problem solving orientation with excellent communication skills
15+ years in the Banking and Capital Markets Industry with recognition and relationships in the market
Established track record in selling platform solutions to Banking & Capital Markets clients
Hands on experience with large transformations and value realization involving industry platforms
Track record of building strategic partnerships with software vendors like Murex Summit Simcorp Charles River etc. and executing joint GTM
