Role Description This is a contract role for an Educational Assistant, based on-site in Albuquerque, NM. The Educational Assistant will support students and staff in daily educational activities, fostering a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting with instruction, providing behavioral support to students, and facilitating effective communication between students and staff. Additional duties may involve collaborating with teachers to support lesson implementation and ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication skills
Experience or educational background in the field of Education
Ability to work effectively with children across diverse age groups and needs
Proficiency in Behavior Management strategies
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic classroom settings
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in education-related fields is a plus
