
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled
Mold Maker
with strong machining experience and the ability to design and build precision molds for plastic injection molding. If you excel with CAD software, enjoy hands‑on craftsmanship, and thrive in a collaborative engineering environment, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
Develop, edit, and optimize
machining programs
for high‑precision mold production.
Work closely with engineering teams to turn technical specs into production‑ready mold components.
Perform
machining, tooling, mold repair , and adjustments in a plastic injection molding setting.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in
plastic injection molding .
Strong measurement skills using calipers and basic inspection tools.
Ability to inspect parts for
accuracy, quality, and compliance .
Comfortable working
10‑hour shifts
consistently.
Motivated to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
CAD proficiency for design work, edits, or tooling adjustments.
Basic maintenance or troubleshooting abilities for equipment repairs.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
